Jocelyn Michelle Brown is a Los Angeles-based music supervisor, producer, rights administrator and creative consultant working at the intersection of music supervision, sync licensing and cultural strategy for artists, labels, filmmakers, agencies, brands and cultural institutions.

She built her craft and speed inside global advertising agencies, including music supervision and production for DDB Chicago and Leo Burnett - delivering for more than fifty brand clients on two- to three-business-day turnarounds.

As Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Reality Club, her creative consultancy, she delivers end-to-end music services at campaign speed: creative music strategy, licensing negotiation, music clearance and historical research. Clients include Nike, Telfar, Volkswagen, PBS, Ally Bank, Old Navy and the Whitney Museum of American Art, where she served as music supervisor and clearance agent for Edges of Ailey, the largest public-facing exhibition the museum has undertaken. She is now project manager for Tangible: Blacktronika Artifacts and Archives, curated by King Britt and opening Fall 2027 at the African American Museum in Philadelphia. Reality Club integrates music and storytelling with intention, prioritizing historical accuracy, cultural relevance and critical context, and offers creative strategy that keeps independent artists and their labels paid and protected.

She has served as a juror for the Clio Music Awards, the Cannes Lions Entertainment Lions for Music and the AICP Awards, is a member of the Recording Academy, and has held creative and administrative roles with influential independent labels and publishers including Chocolate Industries, Hefty Records, International Anthem and Warp Publishing.

She currently serves as Director of Licensing, Sync and A&R at International Anthem Publishing, home to one of independent music’s most future-forward catalogs, where she has secured sync placements with The New York Times, Expedia and Apple for a roster including Jeff Parker, Makaya McCraven, Jeremiah Chiu, Anna Butterss, Ben LaMar Gay, Josh Johnson and the bands SML and 79.5.
